ARROWFALL: terms of service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply to ARROWFALL, the VR game published by The Collective on the Meta Horizon Store. By playing it you agree to them. Your purchase and use of the store itself are also covered by Meta's own terms.

The game

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play ARROWFALL on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the game or its art, music and sounds, except as the law allows. You may stream and record your play and share the videos.

Multiplayer and voice chat

DUO lets you play with another player, with optional voice chat. Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, threats or sexual content toward other players, and no cheating or tampering with the game or its servers. If someone bothers you, leave the room (you can also mute your own microphone from the pause menu) and tell us at the address below. We may block access for people who break these rules.

Safety

ARROWFALL involves fast movement and full-arm motion in VR. Play in a clear space with your guardian set up, take breaks, and stop if you feel unwell. Follow the health and safety warnings of your headset.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or fix the game at any time. Multiplayer depends on online services that may be interrupted, and we cannot promise it will always be available.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from playing it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Privacy

See our privacy policy: no accounts, no ads, no tracking.
